Micaela worked with us in a highly knowledgeable and supportive manner, obtaining answers to all our questions, especially the picky ones we had that she let us know she would follow up on. It is comforting and reassuring when you have someone who responds to a myriad of questions within a very short response time. She listened to what we wanted and it was wonderful to not feel pressured toward any particular property.
