Buying and finding a home for our family in a sellers’ market was not an easy task. Trying to accomplish that while you are 600 miles away makes it a daunting task. We were fortunate to meet Pam and to have her assist us with our relocation. Pam is a fantastic realtor; she is very detailed and organized. She is a true professional and is affable and genuine. From the moment we met her we felt we had met someone who had our family’s best interest at heart. During the process there were several times the criteria of the home we were searching for changed. Each time Pam quickly made the adjustment to accommodate our needs. Pam truly understood what we were searching for. Every time there was a home we wanted to see she moved fast for us as the houses were flying off the market. Throughout the process Pam worked hard to make sure things like property grading, community covenants, school districts were understood. When we found our home, she negotiated and walked us through each step of the process making sure that things like the repairs that were needed were fair. Pam helped us to obtain the house that was a perfect fit for our family. We would highly recommend Pam to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.

We went to high school with Pam. She is nice, knowledgeable and very professional. Same as she has been since we first met. Our first professional contact with Pam was for the purpose of buying a new home for my Sister. We started and successfully completed this activity this past Summer. My Sister has a great, new home. In August, we started the process of selling my Sister’s old house. Pam carefully managed all the necessary steps to help us successfully complete the sale. She constantly kept us updated in the sales process right through our closing day. We highly recommend Pam for any of your real estate needs.
