I reached out multiple times about a listing and never received a response, not even a quick update to confirm if the home was still available. As a serious buyer, that was frustrating. If you’re going to advertise a property with a massive sign and your agent’s name, the bare minimum should be basic professional communication. I hope this isn’t the norm, because prompt communication makes all the difference, especially in today’s market.

Celine was AMAZING! She took the time to take us all over Seattle to see houses. We were moving from California to Seattle to be closer to our families and she guided use through everything we needed to know about the neighborhoods. She was always super positive and upbeat about everything, which is really helpful when going through a time that can be stressful. She made the house hunting experience Fun, Exciting, and Smooth.
