We have worked with Kyle twice now. Once to purchase, the second time to sell. In addition to his deep knowledge of the entire process, we found Kyle to be a thoughtful and patient guide in helping us navigate whatever the current real estate market presented. He listens, answers questions, and actively partners with his clients. Because of the honest and open conversations we had while making decisions each time, we quickly developed a trust in his input. That he is familiar with many other realtors in the region and works well with them is a bonus. In our latest transaction--selling a property that was not our primary residence--Kyle went above and beyond what one would expect. He managed the prepping and staging of the property and even removed window covering rods and touched up holes from hardware, etc. himself as we readied the property for sale. We look forward to working with Kyle again one day and could not recommend him more highly.

We are first-time home buyers and had a great experience working with Kyle. He was prompt to arrange visits/get information on houses we were interested in, and was very helpful in helping us understand the whole process, the area, things to look for etc. When it came time to make an offer and close on the house, he was spot on with his suggestions, and we are so happy he helped us get our dream home!
