Mr. Kris Cowen helped us buy our first home in 2020. He was excellent in helping us traverse a highly competitive, fast paced market without making us ever feel rushed or burdensome. If anything, we dragged our feet over several years before deciding to buy, which Kris gave us endless patience with. Great to have found someone so excited about his line of work. Such a great experience from start to finish ?? We met Kris randomly when we responded to something on Zillow, and wow did we get lucky! Kris is fantastic. Highly recommend. He helped us navigate buying our first home and has been extremely responsive with follow up questions over the past few years. Kris was always patient with us, explained every step of the process, and never pressured us one way or the other. He always gave us solid, honest advice which has guided us.
