Kristen listed and sold my home in a relatively high interest rate environment with many comparable local listings, all while I was living out of state. She anticipated issues and had a plan for everything. She knew who to call for various repairs. She came on multiple weekends to prep and show the house. And she was a steadfast advocate for me throughout the offers and negotiations that followed. Kristen was a great partner throughout a complicated selling process, and I honestly wish I'd have had her as my agent when I was buying.

We bought our first house with Kristen and she was great with us through the whole process! She is dedicated, trustworthy and we appreciate her knowledge towards things we wouldn’t have thought of when buying a home! She is dedicated to her craft and it shows!
