Kristen Dodge is hands-down the best real estate agent our family has ever worked with. Kristen offered exceptional guidance and advice as we progressed through the sales process. At all times, she was committed to the highest standard of excellence. When we made the decision to sell our home we interviewed numerous realtors. Kristen Dodge was one of several realtors recommended by our friends. After meeting her for the first time, we immediately decided to select her to work with us during all stages of the sale process. Starting from our initial walk through with Kristen we observed her evaluation skills and her attention to detail. She presented a list of necessary and discretionary options for property upgrades. Kristen explained the value of improvements, weighing the projected cost and the expected returns. She set realistic goals and timelines to keep us on track for a timely listing date. Kristen is an incredibly dedicated realtor. She puts her all into helping her clients and it shows! From the first call in July 2024, I knew Kristen was the one who would help us find our first home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the current housing market in our area. She was realistic about what types of properties would work within our budget and helped us find THE ONE! It was no small task, as this property we loved had lots of quirks and things that were uncommon. But Kristen was there every step of the way being our liaison with the seller, advocating for our best interests and negotiating on our behalf. We are giving a professional recommendation for Kristen Dodge. We first met Kristen when she was a seller’s agent at a property we looked at. Even though she was a seller’s agent, we felt an immediate connection with her. We asked her to be our buyer’s agent and she agreed. She was one of the best things we encountered during the purchase of our property. Kristen had such extensive knowledge in that she looked at things in the house that never would have occurred to us. She was really looking out for our interests. At my request she recommended a house inspector that she had previously worked with. The day of the house inspection, she was there the entire time, commenting and asking questions on our behalf. She was also there for the final walk-through of the house, noting certain things we needed to know. This was our first property we ever purchased and having Kristen there beside us made us much more secure in the purchase.
