Working with Kristen was a pleasure! She helped us with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Her marketing of our home was tremendously successful. The photos for the listing and the video tour she used were both excellent. They were professionally made and were stunning. I believe our home sold quickly due to her marketing strategy. She has excellent knowledge of the market and guided us through this complicated process. She made it easy for us. She was very accessible the whole time. Kristen Dodge is hands-down the best real estate agent our family has ever worked with. March 29, 2025 Our realtor relationship with Kristen Dodge has been nothing short of wonderful! She clearly demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate field. Kristen offered exceptional guidance and advice as we progressed through the sales process. At all times, she was committed to the highest standard of excellence. When we made the decision to sell our home we interviewed numerous realtors. Kristen Dodge was one of several realtors recommended by our friends. After meeting her for the first time, we immediately decided to select her to work with us during all stages of the sale process. Starting from our initial walk through with Kristen we observed her evaluation skills and her attention to detail. She presented a list of necessary and discretionary options for property upgrades. Kristen explained the value of improvements, weighing the projected cost and the expected returns. She set realistic goals and timelines to keep us on track for a timely listing date. Kristen also followed up with the buyer’s agents for compliance with scheduled agreement dates. Kristen is an incredibly dedicated realtor. She puts her all into helping her clients and it shows! From the first call in July 2024, I knew Kristen was the one who would help us find our first home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the current housing market in our area. She was realistic about what types of properties would work within our budget and helped us find THE ONE! It was no small task, as this property we loved had lots of quirks and things that were uncommon. But Kristen was there every step of the way being our liaison with the seller, advocating for our best interests and negotiating on our behalf.
