I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jamal. From start to finish, he was phenomenal. I first met Jamal, and other members of my team (special shoutout to Starlene!), at a first-time homebuyers event geared toward people of color. He introduced himself, asked thoughtful questions about why I was there, and then connected me with Starlene while giving me concrete steps to work on. I took a few months to get myself together, and when I was ready, I reached out to get the ball rolling. In our first official meeting, he treated me to a delicious meal and walked me through the buying process from start to finish. He took careful notes and helped me launch my home search. I shared what I thought I wanted, and he began sending me potential homes. Over the next two years of touring properties, realizing that my initial wishlist didn’t match what I truly needed, facing the heartbreak of a deal not closing, and coming close to giving up, Jamal never lost his patience. We finally closed on my beautiful condo in November after a truly grueling process, and it was all worth it. Jamal brought a rare combination of knowledge, patience, and kindness, along with a level of responsiveness that is unmatched. I felt supported and seen throughout the entire journey. I will most definitely be working with him again, hopefully soon, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated, informed, and compassionate realtor.

Kelly Alves is truly amazing. She is proactive, incredibly knowledgeable, and has outstanding attention to detail. Her communication is top-tier & I always felt informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process.
