Maiyah was responsive and always jumped on a call to talk me through everything. She worked quickly to get showings lined up for me and out offers in. I started this process in July and just closed on my first home. I am grateful to have been able to work with someone as knowledgeable, hardworking, and communicative as Maiyah!

We are convinced that Calvin was truly sent to us by God. My daughter and I had no prior knowledge of the home-buying process or its requirements. We prayed and asked the Lord to place the right people in our path, especially with so much fraud happening today, and God answered by connecting us with Calvin. From the beginning, Calvin proved himself to be honest, trustworthy, and dependable. He is an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond for his clients. He guided us step by step, even setting us up with the bank, and everything he explained aligned perfectly with what the bank confirmed. Though he could not be present on our closing day, he made sure every detail was in place and ensured that we received the same excellent treatment from his colleague, Alex. Maiyah is truly a superstar in the real estate field!!!! We had the pleasure of working with her to find our dream home. I can’t express how much gratitude I have for Maiyah in words. She has been so patient with me in the year+ I’ve been looking to purchase a home. I’m such a picky person but she never made me feel bad about it. When we finally found a place, she already knew it was the one before I did. Every time I felt out of my depth during the homebuying process, she was there to reassure me and explain everything. You can tell she truly loves what she does (which she is amazing at), that she loves to help people, and that she has your best interest in mind. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home or even to rent because she can do it all!
