We had an awesome experience with Nick as we were navigating first time home buying. He was more than willing to answer (and re-answer) my personal millions of questions. He was honest about helping temper our expectations as well as act as an extra set of eyes for anything that could complicate home purchasing or maintenance. I would highly recommend him as a realtor. We think we've found our forever home, but if that should ever change, we would absolutely work with Nick again.

We worked with Susan for 6 months looking for our next home. Susan was so patient and accommodating as we were looking in several towns. She was quick to understand what it was we were looking for and made sure to send us new listings as they got on the market. Susan was quick to respond and get us any information we requested and if she didn't have the answer, she made sure to contact whoever she needed to get the answer for us. Susan always did her best to attend open houses with us, but when she was unable to because of a prior commitment, she would reach out to the listing agent to let them know that her clients were coming and we always felt as though we were being taken care of. We have bought several homes over the years and Susan was by far, the best agent we have worked with. We would highly recommend Susan Grieve to anyone looking for a professional but personal experience in search of their next home.

Lindsay is a top tier agent through and through. She genuinely cares about her clients, and goes above and beyond what is to be expected. She is proactive as opposed to reactive. Her marketing was fantastic, from photos to online presence. Her advice on pricing and negotiations was spot on and yielded more than our family even thought possible. The entire process was well managed and as low stress as could be. We can not thank her or recommend her enough!

Sue was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful during the whole process of purchasing my condominium. Her recommendation for mortgage broker was spot on. She worked very closely with the seller’s agent to make the process so smooth. My situation was unusual because i just got out of a relationship, which required balancing previous housing situation to secure a new place to live but Sue made the experience less stressful.
