It was an absolute pleasure working with Lisa. My sister and I were selling the home we grew up in while also living busy lives too far from Swansea to be able to be there for all the many things, big and small, that needed to be done in preparation for selling and then again in the process of passing all the necessary inspections. Lisa helped with all of it, enthusiastically. It is evident that she loves her job as well as her clients. She made our house pristine and got it into the hands of a new generation who will love and care for the beautiful property that it is.

Lisa went above and beyond to help my sister and I sell our father's home this past year. Lisa has always been a close friend of mine and this was our first time working together in a professional way--my sister and I both live out of state but Lisa was our eyes and ears for every part of the process--frequently checking in on the home, arranging for junk removal and overseeing the process, managing necessary electrical work. We knew we could count on her and received constant communication from her every step of the way. I would highly recommend Lisa for your real estate needs!

Michelle did the BEST job with the sale of my condo. She walked through all of the paperwork, gave advice on how to increase the sale value, and helped stage my condo for the open house. She knew the market and guided me towards selling for the maximum sale price. I would confidentiality and highly recommend her to represent for all of your real estate needs.

I worked with Lisa to purchase my first investment property, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Jen was fantastic to work with! She took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and guided us to the perfect place. She quickly coordinated with the realtor, scheduled a tour, and joined us to ask thoughtful questions and ensure we were fully informed. Jen supported us throughout the entire process, from the application through signing the lease.
