Tim is an amazing agent. My sale was a little trying at times as I was selling and then buying all in one. Tim was there every step of the way, from offer to close. Always there when I needed him, Tim talked me off the ledge several times. Tim is confident, level-headed and kind. Just the realtor I needed!!! He is my go to guy now.

Tim was super knowledgeable about the whole process - from all the things to look out for during an initial walk through to all the things that make closing day easier. He was very patient as we struggled to find the place that felt right to us, and made it very clear that it was important to him that we take our time and tour all we needed to, to end up in a place that we were truly happy with.
