Buying and selling a house can be stressful but Tim has a way of making you feel like you’re family! He is with you every step of the way, giving helpful tips at each stop. He is always calm and cool making the process feel less intimidating. This is our second time working with Tim and we would never recommend any other realtor!!

Tim helped us buy our new home and sell our old home. We bought in a VERY competitive market, and Tim was able to provide information to make our offer more attractive. The home we ended up buying had multiple offers and ours was selected over others of similar monetary value. On the selling side, Tim walked our house to point out focus areas before listing, and timed a price drop perfectly to ultimately accept an offer at our original list price. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I don’t think there were any times we didn’t hear back within minutes over the 3 months we worked together. With both transactions, it was clear Tim had the experience to negotiate in our favor. The partners Tim works with were all top notch, including the photographer and law firm, and we didn’t have any issues. I’m glad we chose to work with Tim and would recommend him to anyone.

CJ is our partner in CT real estate and will be for as long as he will have us. We put him though the a year+ of short notice showings, requests for industry contacts, comparison evaluations, and much more. We made offers on well over a dozen investment properties and missed them all for various good reasons leading us to land the first one that was right for us. He never wavered from the positive influence and subject matter expert we needed and has earned our business for life as we look at additional purchases and future sales.

Tim was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home purchase process. Being a first time home buyer was nerve wracking, and Tim was so patient and calm that it felt much less intimidating. Responsive and kind with all of my many questions, he always explained things in a way that made sense. Fantastic during negotiations as well, it’s clear how much he cares about his clients. I seriously can’t recommend him enough!!
