CJ is our partner in CT real estate and will be for as long as he will have us. Tim was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home purchase process. Being a first time home buyer was nerve wracking, and Tim was so patient and calm that it felt much less intimidating. Responsive and kind with all of my many questions, he always explained things in a way that made sense. Fantastic during negotiations as well, it’s clear how much he cares about his clients. I seriously can’t recommend him enough!!

Tim was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. Very professional! Tim walked us through every step of the process. He was available every time to show us homes, until we found the one that was best for us. Tim was not pushy or made us feel rushed. He took his time and made us feel very comfortable and confident with our purchase. Tim has such a friendly demeanor about him, that it makes him easy to work with. He has a wonderful sense of humor. I would recommend Tim highly to anyone that is going to buy or sell a home, he helped us do both. Beyond Grateful we found Tim to help us on our home journey.

We were so pleased with the professionalism that CJ exhibited during the sale of my mother’s condo. He got back to me every time with a quick response. He went way above and beyond during this time.
