Krista was amazing to work with! My husband and I were moving to Michigan from Florida, and did not really have an idea of a specific area that we wanted to be in. A couple other agents just ghosted us when they found that out, because it would be more of a challenge. She checked out properties for us via video before we were able to get up to Michigan, and was very knowledgeable about many different areas. When we did find the house we wanted, she negotiated the price down pretty significantly, and was also there to be a calming voice when dealing with a bit of a difficult seller. She took care of basically everything, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone in need of a realtor. And she will help more difficult cases like ours! If other realtors don't seem to be responsive, try her!

Krista will do a great job for you when you are looking to buy or sell your house! She's knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was a first time home buyer and also lived a ways away which is more challenging to deal with. She helped me out tremendously and I'm happy with how things went.

Krista proved that she could stick with us even though we could not make up our mind as to exactly what we wanted to buy. She worked hard at finding the right place and helped us see the pluses and minus of each house that she showed us. She seemed to know better than w did on what we needed.
