Jennifer was awesome! She guided my spouse and I every step of the way on our journey to home ownership. When we began looking at homes we knew very little about the process, it was our first time buying a home and working with a realtor. This was no problem for Jennifer. She took the time to explain things and answered all of our questions directly and with respect.. Which was very much appreciated, in general, but especially because English is my spouses second language. Shes a great communicator who obviously loves her job and helping people. Not only did she handle our lack of knowledge with patience and ease, she took on the challenge of working with us from a significant physical distance, scheduling showings hundreds of miles from her office. We just really loved her attitude, her energy, and are so thankful we had her on our siide! We highly recommend!!

Joe is the way to go! I don’t think I ever went more than 10 minutes without a response from Joe. Parts of the process can be confusing and Joe was always there to make sense of everything. Certainly recommend Joe and his co-workers to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

We recently worked with Real Estate Broker Joe McNally, owner of REMAX Together in Big Rapids Michigan, to sell our home. My brother is a real estate agent in Florida and he told me that he would investigate who are the best agents in the Big Rapids area. He made many calls and telephone interviewed several local agents and then came to an easy conclusion that Joe McNally is the King of real estate sales in our area. He told me that he has a large office with many associates and staff members. He added that true real estate agents hire professionals to photograph and video the property for sale – they do not perform these marketing functions themselves. This is exactly how Joe operated. Joe was the ultimate professional with significant energy where he managed his resources well and had my house sold in weeks, not months, even when interest rates were on a roller coaster. He listed our house at a price 10% higher than any other agent indicated and he achieved that number in the end. We know that luck comes in play many times, but the harder you work the luckier you get. We are extremely happy with our experience with Joe McNally. He went above and beyond working to help us prepare, was a great communicator, and was always quick to answer our questions and concerns. He eased our worries and genuinely cared about us as individuals. He knows everyone connected to the real estate industry in this area and has years of experience. Joe worked alongside us, letting us know what was going on every step of the way. Joe McNally is fantastic to work with. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell real estate. His knowledge is tremendous and helps you through the process from beginning to the end. He is very responsive and looks out for your best interest. We have moved several times in our lives and there is no one better than Joe McNally!!!
