I had a great experience with Joe. He was referred by the agent i Originally bought the kand from. Everything went smoothly, promptly and I had a great closing. His negotiating abilities were dynamite, getting me more than expected. No issues. I highly recommend Joe McNally.

We give Brenda a A++ rating! Brenda repeatedly went out of her way to help us with our out of state move. She trudged through snow for video showings and gave honest opinions of homes that we were unable to see in person. She was persistent with ensuring the closing went through timely and our interests were represented. If it hadn’t been for Brenda, we may still be waiting to close on our home! She is personable and never made us feel like we were needy, even when we were. We would highly recommend Brenda as the hardest working buyer’s broker around!

Joe went out of his way to help get the property sold. He helped get the surveyors and everything to split up the property into marketable pieces, after a year on the market as one big property. He really knows the market.

Brenda was helpful, honest and such a joy to work with. She knew what I was looking for and never tried to show me a home that wasn't within my wishes. She made the process quick, easy and answered all questions I had in a timely fashion. I will be sure to recommend her to friends/family who are in the market to buy or sell a home. I will definitely call her if I'm ever in the market for another home.
