My husband and I had been looking for a home on the Cape for quite some time and I found a home through an online website. Kriss was the listing agent for this home and I called her to find out some details about it. She answered all of my questions and then invited us to the open house that was coming up very shortly. We loved the house and met with Kriss after the open house, put in an offer, and it was accepted that day! Kriss was wonderful; she represented both us and the seller in this transaction which went very smoothly. The home inspection indicated a few minor things that needed attention and Kriss took care of them right away. She made sure that we were informed throughout the process and she was always very quick to respond to our calls or messages. Both Kriss and Karen helped us to feel comfortable and we would certainly recommend them to others who are looking to buy or sell.

Kriss returned my telephone inquiry quickly. The others I contacted took several days to return my call. Kriss took us around to the cottages we had seen on various realty websites. After viewing them, she insisted on taking us to a few others further away from our planned destination. She wanted us to see the beautiful Dennis beaches. We decided to Stay with East Sandwich an purchase one. She was terrific through the whole process , start to finish. I would recommend Kriss in a minute.

Kriss has been my go to realtor for over 15 years. What first impressed me was her immediate response to an online listing I was looking to get more information on.
