As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were a bit intimidated with the homebuying process. Working with Kimberly and James was by far the best decision we could've made. From start to finish they provided great insight into the homebuying process. Our confidence skyrocketed working with them which made the homebuying process a light and fun experience. My wife and I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to work with them and, while we feel like we've likely found our forever home together, would absolutely work with them again.

I cannot recommend Kimberly highly enough! As a long-distance buyer relocating from Boston to Santa Rosa, I needed a realtor who could handle all the challenging homebuying logistics in California—and Kimberly exceeded every expectation. During my initial weekend visit, she quickly understood my preferences and helped me narrow down my search. When a promising property came on the market after I returned to Boston, she provided such a thorough video tour that I felt like I was walking through it myself. Her responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth. Kimberly truly went above and beyond at every turn. She coordinated inspections, arranged for deep cleaning before my move-in, signed for my new bed delivery and setup, and even agreed to receive my car delivery over the Christmas holidays. As a newcomer to California, I was overwhelmed with logistics, but she guided me through everything from setting up utilities and internet to understanding the nuances of Oakmont Village's different sub-HOA requirements. She connected me with reliable inspectors, contractors/handymen, and service providers, drawing on her extensive network and experience flipping homes with her husband. Whether answering questions herself or quickly connecting me with the right expert, her follow-through was impeccable. If you're buying a home—especially from out of state—Kimberly is the best!

Wow, so I just completed my 8th real estate transaction with Kimberly and James… and AGAIN they made what was a complex purchase so easy, efficient, and a success. Their work ethic and patience with their clients is unheard of in today’s market. This time, it took a crazy amount of time to find the right property- it took almost 2 years and they showed me something like 25 properties over that duration. Any time I had a question or concern, they were there for me. Kim’s positivity and whip smart negotiating skills and James’ innate knowledge of property values and improvement potential cannot be beat. What began as a suggestion from my mom to try them out in 2015, has gone on to become one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, has helped usher me into financial freedom and I think I can safely say, they are also people I can count on as good friends. In the course of selling out townhouse, we had the opportunity to interview several realtors. Many of them were very nice, however, Kimberly stood out both professionally and personally. She shared her experience in the market and provided insights to our specific geographic location. We were impressed with her strategy to market the townhouse, she shared her Comparative Market Analysis, and how to price it in a tight market. Kimberly and James worked hard and creatively during the Open House and sales process, soliciting 4 offers on our townhouse. Though we reside in Southern California, Kimberly and James volunteered to attend to the property in our absence and provided us with a sense of confidence that we could depend on them. Kimberly recently helped me sell one home and purchase another simultaneously, literally facilitating both properties closing within 24 hours of each other. It is an extremely stressful and daunting process but Kimberly somehow managed to make the process fun and so much easier than I’d feared it would be. Every time I had any concerns about anything in the process she was able to completely eliminate them, and she was wonderful about taking into account every single one of my desires for a new home. A couple of weeks after moving I looked at the list I had created months and months ago with all my needs and wants for a new home. All the needs were met and nearly all of the wants. The home she found for me is so wonderful that the few wants I didn’t get don’t seem to matter so much after all. Kimberly was so on top of everything that I really only had to think about the logistics of things like packing. She took care of so many details from contacting professionals to do inspections or ask about services to making sure I was aware of new homes that might interest me that the process was as seamless as it could get. She was unfailingly kind, attentive, responsible, knowledgeable, and just plain amazing. I would want anyone I care about to seek her services. I rarely write reviews of any business but Kimberly was PHENOMENAL.
