Wow, so I just completed my 8th real estate transaction with Kimberly and James… and AGAIN they made what was a complex purchase so easy, efficient, and a success. Their work ethic and patience with their clients is unheard of in today’s market. This time, it took a crazy amount of time to find the right property- it took almost 2 years and they showed me something like 25 properties over that duration. Any time I had a question or concern, they were there for me. Kim’s positivity and whip smart negotiating skills and James’ innate knowledge of property values and improvement potential cannot be beat. What began as a suggestion from my mom to try them out in 2015, has gone on to become one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, has helped usher me into financial freedom and I think I can safely say, they are also people I can count on as good friends. In the course of selling out townhouse, we had the opportunity to interview several realtors. Many of them were very nice, however, Kimberly stood out both professionally and personally. She shared her experience in the market and provided insights to our specific geographic location. We were impressed with her strategy to market the townhouse, she shared her Comparative Market Analysis, and how to price it in a tight market. Kimberly and James worked hard and creatively during the Open House and sales process, soliciting 4 offers on our townhouse. Though we reside in Southern California, Kimberly and James volunteered to attend to the property in our absence and provided us with a sense of confidence that we could depend on them. Kimberly recently helped me sell one home and purchase another simultaneously, literally facilitating both properties closing within 24 hours of each other. It is an extremely stressful and daunting process but Kimberly somehow managed to make the process fun and so much easier than I’d feared it would be. Every time I had any concerns about anything in the process she was able to completely eliminate them, and she was wonderful about taking into account every single one of my desires for a new home. A couple of weeks after moving I looked at the list I had created months and months ago with all my needs and wants for a new home. All the needs were met and nearly all of the wants. The home she found for me is so wonderful that the few wants I didn’t get don’t seem to matter so much after all. Kimberly was so on top of everything that I really only had to think about the logistics of things like packing. She took care of so many details from contacting professionals to do inspections or ask about services to making sure I was aware of new homes that might interest me that the process was as seamless as it could get. She was unfailingly kind, attentive, responsible, knowledgeable, and just plain amazing. I would want anyone I care about to seek her services. I rarely write reviews of any business but Kimberly was PHENOMENAL.

Kimberly and James are, simply put, the real deal. If you've ever watched a show on HGTV and thought, I wish I could work with someone like that, this is your chance. Seriously. They're that sort of magic.  After my husband and I decided to relocate back to Sonoma County this fall, Kimberly and James made what could have been a stressful experience into an exciting and enjoyable one. From the moment we first reached out to them, they were incredibly responsive, responding to calls and emails promptly and insightfully. With each home we saw, they helped us identify the hard-to-spot pros and cons. They have deep knowledge of Sonoma County real estate, home renovation, and modern design, and they were willing to generously share all three with us throughout the process.  We have now worked with Kimberly and James as both sellers and buyers, and on both occasions, we were wowed by their expertise and professionalism. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We began our home search from across the country and really had to rely on Kimberly's deep knowledge of the local areas and the VA loan process. Kimberly Sethavanish was incredibly patient and helpful, providing video walkthroughs as needed and maximizing our time together in person. She helped us navigate one of the most difficult buyers market in recent history with a positive attitude and we are thrilled with our new home.
