Excellent experience with Kim and Brent! Long distance house hunting could have been difficult, but with their outstanding efforts, a reasonable price was negotiated to obtain our new home. They were knowledgeable of the market, acted with professionalism and well-organized. They kept in constant contact and using technology to assist us with the house hunting, securement of the home, including inspections, as well as the closing. We highly recommend their services. It was a pleasure to do business with the Kronenberger team!

Kim and Rusty were extremely helpful in understanding the Highlands Ranch market. They were intimately familiar with the neighborhoods, the different house floor plans that are common in the area, and the market-specific nuances that impact home values. The best example of their expertise coming into play was when they suggested a roof pro take a look at an area of the roof they know regularly has leak issues, and now I have peace of mind that this part of my new roof will be in great shape for years to come.

Kim Kronenberger is an amazing agent!!! She is easily five steps ahead of everyone else! She is the most organized, communicative and proactive realtor that we have ever worked with!!! She walked into our house and noted both the strengths and the flaws and had a plan for both. No other agent we interviewed had her attention for detail or her ability to think ahead. In addition to frequent, regular, and clear communications and updates, Kim immediately contacted us when there was an issue— with a solution already in mind!!! We were selling our home from out of state and she not only expertly handled that difficult dynamic, she went out of her way to make the process smooth! She has an amazing network of contractors and contacts which considerably lessened the stress of moving and selling. She is a phenomenal agent and we highly recommend her!!!
