We have nothing but high praise for Steven regarding the sale of our home. When we listed the property, the market was getting increasingly soft with as many as 13 homes listed for sale in just our neighborhood. Steven was enormously helpful navigating through this challenge including counseling patience which ultimately paid off for us without us having to get more aggressive in pricing home. He and his team also did exemplary job with marketing photos and videos, and also very professional staging of our home—all of which helped us stand out amongst the glut in inventory. In total, I would gladly (and highly) recommend Steven to all of our family, friends and acquaintances.

Steven has been the least reliable real estate agent I’ve encountered. He fabricates offers when none exist and provides inaccurate pricing information. His lack of transparency and honesty is deeply concerning. He is not trustworthy, does not keep his word, and consistently displays dishonest behavior. I strongly recommend avoiding him and his business instead working with an agent who values integrity, loyalty, and trustworthiness.

Gavin and Steven were great and easy to work with. They had great knowledge of the real estate market and the interesting climate we are in. They leveraged multiple offers to drive our close price to $15,000 over asking price with a backup offer as well. They were great in helping set up staging and photos to make the listing look very professional.

I worked with Steve and Jordan to sell my house in Castle Rock and buy a new one. They were tremendously responsive, managed a high maintenance buyer well, and kept everything on track to close on both properties quickly and without issue.
