Dylan was fantastic to work with! I spontaneously asked if we could view a property one afternoon and went under contract on it the next day. The entire process from viewing to close was very smooth. He is quick to respond to calls or texts, and always had answers to any questions I asked. Very much the kind of reliable realtor you want on your team!

I originally started with 3 agents. I had a list of questions and many things I wanted from a listing. Within 15 minutes of getting my “info email”, Jordan had sent me 3 listings, the HOA info and the local newsletter. What he sent me in 15 mins answered 98% of my questions. The other 2 agents hadn’t seemed like they were going to do anything even after several days had gone by. So, I emailed the other 2 agents and told them I had found my agent. Then I went out of town for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks out of town, I decided to put a contract on a condo, sight unseen. Very uncharacteristic of me. Jordan assured me, that I could get my earnest money back if I didn’t like the place, after I saw it. Since I was out of town, I was having bank issues trying to get the earnest money to the title company, by the appropriate date. Boy, Jordan had no problem helping me with that. Thank you Jordan. Of course, there were so many things to read and sign. When I was confused by some of the long documents, I asked Jordan for his help. Again, no problem helping me through the documents and signing on time. Getting back into town, we viewed the property and followed the inspector around. The inspection objections were handled appropriately. Jordan even got the electrician to explain to me why I didn’t want/need the breaker box or thermostat replaced. If Jordan wasn’t there helping me, I probably would have cancelled the contract. I’m glad he was there and that I didn’t cancel. I love this place and Jordan helped me get it. Next, Jordan will be my agent when we sell my house. I’m glad my mom introduced me to Jordan. By the way my mom is also selling her house through Jordan. Jordan has/is taking care of all our real estate needs. I’m sure he’ll give you the same care and patience he has given my family.

Michael is an outstanding realtor. We have worked with many and Michael is head and shoulders above anyone we have ever worked with. Though only 1 year as an agent you’d never know it! We were a tad skeptical at first but decided to use Michael to give him some experience. Best decision we ever made!! Thorough, conscientious and honest! He saw to every detail for selling our house as we lived out of state; kept us informed on every decision and provided great insight. He exceeded our sale price expectations beyond what we could have wished for. I highly recommend Michael for your all of your residential real estate needs!!

Jordan and his Path Home Team did an outstanding job helping selling our property by making the whole process very transparent and seamless by answering all our concerns, used his professional team to get staging done, and getting us the price we wanted within a week of advertising. Jordan is in haul for a long-term lasting relationship and he was always just a phone call or text away from answering our concerns.
