I’ve had multiple great experiences working with this team, recently, I used Koltan to sell my condo in Anchorage and he knocked it out of the park. It wasn’t the best timing to sell, but we got it done in a timeframe that I was totally happy with And we were able to get the price I was looking for. I had a lot going on at the time and really didn’t have much time to do anything, but they made it so easy. Marina Was incredibly helpful with scheduling and sourcing contractors for repairs that needed to be done, The amount of stress and headache that saved me was incredible. Even if you currently have a realtor, it would be worth giving them a call or stopping into the office to see if there’s anyway they could help you. I couldn’t be happier with the process and I’ll be using them again!

Kara and the team were a first time home buyers dream! They professionally guided us through everything from negotiating a sale price to signing the closing documents and everything in between. They were there every time I needed, and helped work through all of the road bumps that come with buying a house. I cannot recommend them enough!
