David did an outstanding job from start to finish. He made sure he communicated often and there were no questions left unanswered. He was spot on in his market analysis and in setting the sale price of our home. A great experience.

Dave stick with us for two years after we initially thought about selling our home. We had to put it off until this year but he would check in periodically to see how we were doing. It was nice to develop a relationship with he and his son Travis so it was like a good friend was selling our home instead of a stranger just looking at the bottom line. We had multiple offers on our home as expected and Dave helped us make a good business based decision vs. an emotional one, which is a tough situation to be in for sure. Everything went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Dave and plus, he gives you wonderful homemade jam!!

Dave Johnson and his colleague Travis did an exceptional job for us. They were knowledgeable about market trends, areas, and extremely prepared whenever we met. They were always responsive back to my concerns quickly and helped make the selling process easy. They always listened, we’re patient and understanding with any questions we had, and truly worked on our behalf to make it a wonderful experience. Would use them again in a heart beat and recommend them to family and friends. Very kind and relatable people who care about their clients, as well as knowledgeable about real estate. I’m convinced they have to be the best team in the area! Highly recommend Dave Johnson!

Dave and Travis were great when we bought our house and then sold our house in Alaska when we had to move for family they really worked hard for us to get everything taken care of in a fast manner
