Jessica is a true professional. Returned phone calls promptly and with answers. She cares about her clients. She wants her clients to truely understand the home they are buying, she talks to clients in a way you can understand everything about the buying aspects. She wants to show a property that will suit the buyers needs. A true professional in every way!

I could never get a hold of Amy. She had an out of town phone number my landline couldn't call since it was long distance. When she did get a phone I could call locally, she either rarely answered it, didn't have an outgoing message where I could leave a message for her or had it disconnected. I was promised a walk-thru forever and they kept putting it off until I wasn't going to get one. A LOT of the things in the house still needed touching up and haven't been done. I'm still not moved in and a lot of it is because I wasn't left instructions for a lot of the things in the house like how to change the filter on the heating system or how to use the stove/oven/microwave. It seems like they only wanted the money and once they got it I wasn't a priority anymore. We never got an electrician in there to put the extra recepticle in the bathroom. I am not happy at all for a purchase I paid all cash for. Update: Amy lied when she said I yelled at her and swore at her. That's a total lie. When I asked for a walk-thru since June I was promised many dates and never were delivered. When I called her today about another planned walk-thru, she said we didn't need one and were going to work on the couple of pieces still needing tending to. I got upset and said maybe they didn't need the walk-thru, but I did and I never canceled it. I was so upset I hung up. She then proceeded to lie and say I was yelling and cussing at her. I don't need a lying realtor in my camp accusing me of things that never happened. She's awful.

We did not want to negotiate so that category is N/A. Amy was very wonderful to deal with. She was knowledgeable and very quick to respond to all our questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a real-estate agent in this area. She was on time to every appointment. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

I am still currently working with Amy, She is great with communicating changes, new findings and history on things! Amy is patient and that in it self is wonderful, It is hard to work with us because we need some specific things in our new to be home, amy never gives up or forgets about me and has never been pushy like some!

Amy was very knowledgeable about the area, up to date with the tips to make a good offer, and was always available to fit our time for a showing, or answer my multiple questions! Great with the kids as well, and made our experience as first time home buyers wonderful! Thank you again!!
