To all who read this, if you are looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable, charismatic, and responsive agent then you should look no further than Mr. Elliot Malanca. He has sold me multiple properties throughout the years and I can honestly say that I have no other want or reason to use any other agent moving forward. Elliot is a top notch agent and seems to show me genuine interest in my needs and has shown nothing less than trying to provide the best listings for the best purchase price for me. Elliot was extermely helpful in all aspectes of the sale. Particularly helpful since I reside in another state and needed regular correspondence and help sorting out a number of issues regarding the house. This included some work on the house and landscaping and repairs to the house. He coordinated with neighbors for lawn work and outside vendors for repair. He contacted family that live in the area to obtain keys and other things needed to enter the house, discard or relocate some items that were left in the house. This level of effort was well beyond what I would expect and was done in a proffession and friendly manner.

Kevin was a complete professional. The deal had quite a few challenges along the way and frankly I though it was dead more than once. But Kevin was always optimistic that things would work out and sure enough they did. He just kept plugging away and got it done. He was always primpt about responding to my email and being proactive when he needed to reach me. Additionally, his knowledge of the local real estate market and process was invaluable. I would not hesitate to use Kevin again, and it is going to be a fantastic 24 months because he was able to get my property sold.

Great realtor. Our house sold in 36 hours. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always there when we needed him. This was the second time we used him and plan to use him again once our house is built and we need to sell the current one. Highly recommend.
