The Stetson Bentley Real Estate Team did a fantastic job with the sale of our home. We had moved away prior to the sale, so had to communicate and sign closing documents remotely. The team made it incredibly easy with all aspects of the sale, from making minor repairs to the property to the final closing documents. Derek Davis had assisted us with the purchase of our home when we moved to OKC. His dedication to us in both the buying and selling of our home was top notch. He is very knowledgeable and aware of market trends and did a great job in pricing our house for sale. He has a very keen sense of detail and knows what needs to be completed regarding updates and repairs to get your property ready for sale. I would highly recommend this team when you are ready to buy or sell.

Sherry made the home buying process simple! My wife was able to see about 7-10 houses in one day to find the perfect one. Her admin and the lending agent she set us up with were very responsive and helped speed up the process.

Had a great experience, and really appreciated the knowledge and guidance through the process. Will definitely be using them again. The market is crazy right now and it was nice having realtors who knew what they were doing, especially as this was my first time going through the process. Derek and Mario were consummate professionals and helped me find the perfect property despite the insanity of the market. I highly suggest going through them for anyone looking to buy a house in the area, as they not only have the industry knowhow, but also suggested multiple helpful contractors for repairs my house needed that got the job done at reasonable rates. Mario and Derek really went the distance throughout the whole process and I can't thank them enough for their help. Definitely five stars.
