Derek was very helpful to me during my house hunt. He worked with me for nearly a year after I moved into the OKC area. His knowledge of all the towns surrounding the metro area as well as historic real estate trends and builders developing these neighborhoods made a huge and helpful influence to my buying decisions. He was very patient with me and ensured that we exhausted every search until he got me settled into the right home. During the contract negotiation and closing process Derek and the Stetson Bentley group made the entire purchasing process as turn key and accessible as I could have hoped for. I highly review my experience and absolutely recommend them to any other first time home buyers.

The marketing plan was in place prior to listing which resulted in immediate interest from potential buyers.
