Matt Berry was absolutely amazing to work with! From the very beginning, he promptly returned every call and text, and patiently answered all of my questions. When I had a freakout moment during the process because I didn’t understand the next steps, Matt took the time to walk me through everything and calm my nerves. His professionalism, knowledge, and kindness made the entire home-buying experience so much smoother than I ever expected. Even after closing, Matt has continued to go above and beyond by answering any housing questions I’ve had along the way. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their clients, and I truly appreciate everything he did to help me find my home. I would highly recommend Matt Berry to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile!

Selling our dad’s home in Oklahoma after his passing in January could have been an incredibly painful and stressful process, especially since the property had to go through probate. Thankfully, we had Matt Berry with Homes by Breann as our realtor. From start to finish, he made a long, complicated process feel virtually painless for all of us siblings. What stood out most was how far above and beyond Matt went—not just as a realtor, but as a caring person. He and his family truly treated us like their own. On more than one occasion, Matt and his wife stepped in to handle things we never would have expected, from light cleaning to making it a family effort to mow the lawn (no small task, as the property was over an acre!) right before closing due to neighbor concerns. Matt’s professionalism, stellar communication, and compassion made all the difference. He kept me updated every week with calls or texts, so we were never left wondering about the status or next steps. His experience with probate properties and his sensitivity to our situation helped ease our worries and made a very emotional task so much more bearable. She made our first time experience the best she kept us up to date through out the entire process I highly recommend you use her. She’s awesome. She did everything for us that we needed to get done. And she checked on us regularly if you need a home she’s the one

Taylor was fantastic! She listened to our wants and needs, was respectful of our budget, and genuinely had our best interests at heart! We LOVED working with her on a professional and personal level, would recommend 10/10 times!
