Kerri did a phenomenal job working as my agent throughout the entire process. I reached out to Kerri as I saw she had recently sold a neighbor's home and could not have been more happy with my decision. I spoke with Kerri a couple months before I would ultimately go on the market, but I had to get some personal things in order before I could sell. Kerri was never pushy during this time, instead giving me the time needed. By the time I was ready to sell, I would be relocating out of state. Kerri was very helpful during this stressful time, including referring and getting me in contact with a great realtor in North Carolina. Kerri would regularly keep me updated with how the current market was trending, giving me great advice, and researching any sort of lead/offer that came our way. Kerri was always there whenever I needed to reach out to her and was professional the entire time. She knows the Atlanta area extremely well and always keeps up with the market.
