Ken was a fantastic agent and resource before, during, and after our purchase. He had great insight into the entire process and was instrumental in helping us get the house at a fair price. When a minor issue arose during the home inspection, Ken offered great suggestions for handling it, and it all worked out well. I can't recommend Ken enough.

Ken was personable, extremely responsive, and easy to deal with, even when we had questions after closing. He was honest about the properties we were considering and provided, at a minimum, daily updates during the negotiation stage. His strong working relationship with the buyer's agent was instrumental in obtaining timely updates. He was a true pleasure to work with.
