Brad was always available to quickly answer questions, adjust the listing as needed, schedule showings, and make sure offers were evaluated fairly in the best interest for all parties involved. We had a very beautiful and extremely unique property and using Brad who was local to the area allowed us to have the most seasoned experienced realtor with an unmatched familiarity in a unique and at times complex listing. Brad helped get everything across the finish line by the end of the year as we dealt with pending holidays around the same time. He truly was the MVP! Highly recommend and will use him in the future. Bradley was hands down an amazing realtor from start to finish, showing both patience and tons of knowledge. Would definitely recommend if you want a down to earth, honest, and diligent realtor willing to work for you. We looked at nearly 20 homes in the span of a year and he remained patient and stayed well informed throughout the entire process. He gave sound advice on making offers and never pointed me wrong.

Bradley did an amazing job. We spent a lot of time running around and looking at homes. It seemed like every time we looked at a house it was raining or we were running from wasps. He always had time for us and we all had a wonderful time and lots of laughs. We would recommend Brad to everyone we know. You won’t find another Realtor as good as him and ready to look at a house with you.
