We truly believed this sale was going to be impossible, but Kelly Zijlstra proved otherwise in every way. Kelly came to us as a referral, and we had no prior experience or knowledge of her work. It turned out to be the best referral we could have received. She demonstrated everything a successful realtor needs: strong market knowledge, competitive pricing, clear and consistent communication (she is amazing), and strong negotiation skills. From the very beginning, Kelly was organized, proactive, and incredibly detail-oriented. She handled every step of the process with professionalism and calm, making us feel confident that anything that came up was manageable. To further speak to her professionalism, even a contractor who came to the property for a termite inspection commented after the sale that Kelly was the best realtor he had worked with and could not speak more highly of her. Kelly and her team work exceptionally well together and made the whole process smooth and uneventful. Kelly made contact with me daily, if not multiple times per day to keep me posted on where things were at and what was coming next. Kelly loves what she does and the results prove it. Within a few days of our initial meeting, she staged the whole house and scheduled the first viewings. After the first open house, we got multiple lucrative offers, and a few days after that, we were in escrow. I couldn’t have asked for better results.

We were out of state buyers looking at homes online with little success. We spoke to Kelly Z and she truly listened to our wish list of amenities while keeping to the budget. She found us a well-priced home, in our desired location and development. We all knew the home would receive multiple offers and it did. Kelly advised us on what she thought would be a strong, fast clean offer. We closed escrow in 17 days! Kelly was invaluable with her knowledge of North County, her referals for inspectors, vendors and insurance agents. Kelly is a realtor with a great love for her profession. She wants to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible and is very responsive any questions you might have. Kelly has a wonderful, funny, engaging personality and truly a deloght to work with. Kelly is amazing at her job. She has a way of being able to get the inside scoop of a real estate deal. Her charismatic personality has a disarming effect on the other parties involved. She truly has an ability to know what the price point needs to be at if you want to win other buyers. Sometimes it may not be what you are willing to pay but she knows the numbers. Kelly thank you again for representing us a second time. You did an amazing job helping us acquire another property.

Kelly was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process of buying my first home. She walked me through the VA process and was always available to answer my questions. Kelly worked around my demanding military schedule and made herself available at times that worked for me. Great communicator and very personable, thanks again Kelly.
