Kelly was the best! He was so easy to work with! Always available for communication and gives you his expert advice. Sold my home within a week of hiring him. Would highly recommend and would be my first call for any housing issues in the future.

Kelly was amazing when it came to helping us find a rental house! He went to multiple locations with and without us (when we temp. lived in a different state) to show us all of the options we had available, including different neighborhoods/style of house/pricing. He is extremely responsive and helped us find a rental with all of our requirements in a property! He is extremely friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend Kelly for any of your real estate needs!!

Kelly helped us through selling the condo in Kenner. First buyers financing fell through. Kelly had another buyer in less than a day. Kelly went beyond the call of duty covering for a inexperienced buyers agent. It all worked out in the end. If I get back into the Nola market, Kelly is my only call! One call that’s all!!

Kelly was our realtor when purchasing our first investment property. I knew we were going to work together well when he took the time to educate us on what to look for in a property, and didn’t rush us into anything that didn’t fit those characteristics. We talked about properties for a couple months before we found one that seemed like a great investment. When it came to negotiating, Kelly always had our best interest at heart but was also respectful to the seller. We compromised and were really happy with the outcome. We are looking forward to working with Kelly on leasing our property and purchasing more properties in the future!

What can’t i say about Kelly?! He is the Swiss-army knife of real estate and negotiation. We had a unique situation as we live in Denver, CO and we’re buying a house on the North Shore. He helped us go through dozens of properties across the entire Nola DMA to help us find the right one that was conducive to the objectives we had for the property. We We’re transparent about all of our needs w him and we got full transparency in return! His responsiveness was bar-none and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to “partner” with us and lead us through the process - it’s our first time buying a home! He acted as though he was buying the house himself! This was our first purchase and definitely not the last purchase with Kelly. If you’re looking for assistance in any part of the real estate process, Kelly knows it - soup to nuts! Kudos to him and we can’t wait to have our new home!
