Hannah was incredible throughout our home buying journey. My wife is local to the Springfield area, but I’d never lived there and had no idea where to begin. As out of state buyers we had not seen our home in person prior to move in, Hannah made the entire process seamless. She brought unmatched energy putting aside her time for showings and submitting our offer the moment we said we were ready. Her recommendations for inspectors and secondary specialists were spot on, helping us avoid any surprises after move in. Thanks to her, we landed in a home that fits us perfectly. If work ever calls for another relocation, I’ll do everything I can to work with Hannah again. She’s earned our trust and then some.

It was excellent! Kristi is on top of everything! Very professional! Never pressures. Would recommend her & use her again! She showed us different properties for 8-9 months. Always listened to what we wanted & tried to find what we might like. She was always on time. A good listener. Very patient. Both of my sons, my daughter in law & my husband met with her at various times. I became ill & was hospitalized during our search. She was willing to work with us in any way she could & whatever we needed.

Had an amazing time with Sonia, helped me through even tho I definitely texted and called way too often, she has plenty of patience! Not just good at her job but had exceptional knowledge of lenders, appraisers, and even repairmen, 10/10 couldn't imagine going through this process with a different realtor!
