Chris did an amazing job at helping us find our home! We were visiting from out of state and only here for a few days to make an offer on a house. We called on one of his listings, and were blessed to have found him! He is prompt in getting back to his clients. He treats your home shopping experience as though he were the one moving in, pointing out things that the home buyer may not see. He’s patient, confident, and always has time for his clients! I love his honesty! He’s professional yet down to earth. He helped my parents find a home too, during a stressful time when the market was crazy and negotiations were extremely competitive. He was able to find them the perfect home, even under the circumstances of the unprecedented market surge! That, topped with the fact that mom and dad were in a different state the whole time! Chris found them exactly what they wanted and at the exact price they wanted. Both transactions were flawless! I couldn’t imagine using any other realtor, he has earned our trust and will always be our realtor as long as he’s in the business.

Chris helped me from start to finish, not only selling my home, but purchasing a new home. Chris was able to sell my home at a value way above what I thought doable by researching the area and seeing what homes were selling for. Thanks to Chris, my home sell was easy. Chris and Dani Day were great! So easy to work with and they went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. Chris and Dani sold our house and found our “forever home” in just 2 weeks! Prior to their services we had been looking for nearly 3 years! Highly recommend calling them if you’re looking to sell or buy a home.
