Keith has always been very patient and never push us to make the decision. He is always well prepared whenever we make an appointment to check out houses. For our first time checking out the east side houses, he designed the visiting route for 6 houses and drove us there, which sped up the process to a large extend. We visited about 2 dozens of houses before we found the one we bought. His advice was professional based on the facts of the house.

Keith brought to our attention a gem of a house in an area of Bellevue we were interested in re-locating. After looking at several listings we were getting a bit pessimistic but then Keith brought the house in question to our attention. Kudos to Keith!

Keith was clearly professional throughout the process. He was very patient in understanding what we were looking for. Given his experience, he could speculate what would the final selling price of houses that we saw would be, in some cases it was significantly different from the listing price. He spent a long time with us and in some occasions almost 8 hours! The listings that he would send us were spot on, exactly what were were looking for. He was a good agent in both giving us a pointing out issues in houses that we saw and pushing first-time buyers like ourselves who tend to have cold feet when it comes to making such a big decision. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone who wants a good deal.

Very helpful and offer very good advice. On one occasion, there was a break-in and this was done by some kids by raising one sliding window of the vacant house because we forgot to insert the security pin. Our neighbor over the fence noted some shadows inside our house and she reported to the police. Keith handled with great skill since there was no damage, When there is important or critical matters, Keith informed us by phone and email.
