My husband and I worked with Keith on a few home sales and purchases. Keith is an excellent agent and an wonderful person to work with. Keith always had great knowledge of the local market and helped us keep appropriate expectations through the process. Keith has the marketing and negotiation skills to get the best deal possible. Our most recent home sale was because we moved out of state, but had we not, we would continue to use Keith for any real estate endeavor.

Keith was outstanding through the whole process of selling our Hermosa Beach home. He helped us in every phase from preparing the property for the market, arranging people for any recommended repairs/upgrades, staging the home and then selling. We felt extremely confident in his knowledge and market expertise and he was always straightforward. We received 7 offers within the first few days and he was a strong negotiator for us. He is a great communicator and always had our best interest in mind. We would recommend Keith to anyone looking for a realtor and we will be using him again!

I felt like having Keith as my buyer's agent sealed the deal. He's a good communicator with tons of market expertise, and I believe that his prior experience with the property we were buying also helped make him a strong negotiator on our behalf. I have known Keith as a friend for over 30 plus years, and worked with him a few times. He sold my house in 2013 during a tough market in Hermosa Beach and helped my wife and I tremendously. He is very authentic, knowledgeable, intelligent, and compassionate, and guided us then.
