We have sold two properties and bought one with Gabby and Mildred and could not be more pleased. With our latest sale we were not sure when/if we would be ready to sell, and after an initial meeting in 2024 they sent us comparables and trends regularly for almost a year, keeping us informed on what the market in our area was doing. Once we were ready to sell they advised us on everything from pricing to prepping our home to contractors we could use for needed repairs. Their marketing was impeccable, with beautiful photos and an excellent writeup, digital and print ads in relevant publications, including those tied to our open houses. They guided us through multiple offers, helping us understand the complex contingencies related to one, and our options for responding and negotiating. Mildred was extremely responsive all throughout the process and provided great insight into local market conditions. She communicated extremely well throughout the process and made sure there were no hiccups in the documents process. She also was very resourceful in helping us find local contractors to take care of a few minor repairs before we sold the house. The recommendations for how to properly prepare the house for pictures and prospective buyer visits was spot on. Lastly, Mildred was very pleasant to work with - always professional but very personable too.

Thank goodness for Gabby! We had an absolutely wonderful experience and deeply trust her and her team. We hired Gabby to sell our Torrance triplex after we had tried for a few months to sell the property ourselves. Faced with aggressive buyer's agents and only low-ball offers, we asked Gabby to take over. Suddenly it was blue skies! Gabby listened to us and asked questions to understand our goals and then snapped into action. In preparing the property for showing, she advised us on what work was worth doing and what wasn't. We were surprised how many interested buyers she was able to reach... buyers that we weren't able to find when we were trying to sell it ourselves with a flat-listing service. Gabby did it again. She sold our house the second time for 5% over our asking price.
