Thank goodness for Gabby! We had an absolutely wonderful experience and deeply trust her and her team. We hired Gabby to sell our Torrance triplex after we had tried for a few months to sell the property ourselves. Faced with aggressive buyer's agents and only low-ball offers, we asked Gabby to take over. Suddenly it was blue skies! Gabby listened to us and asked questions to understand our goals and then snapped into action. In preparing the property for showing, she advised us on what work was worth doing and what wasn't. We were surprised how many interested buyers she was able to reach... buyers that we weren't able to find when we were trying to sell it ourselves with a flat-listing service. Gabby kept us informed along the way with useful weekly status updates. She answered or quickly returned our phone calls and provided great advice throughout. Gabby did it again. She sold our house the second time for 5% over our asking price. It is so much FUN working with her, because of the professionalism she and her ‘Go Gabby’ team bring to the complex task of selling a home, she makes the process fun and easy for the seller. We would give her 10 stars if we could, but only 5 are allowed. We think she’s the perfect agent to complete a fast, worry free sale. Why? Gabby has been an agent and broker for 25 years in the California market. Her enthusiasm and dedication to the task of selling a home is evident from the first steps through the completion of the deal. Gabby uses completely electronic forms each step of the transaction; she makes it go smoothly and with no problems. And she explains each document very well, making it easy to follow what is going on in these complex deals. On the selling side, she has a deep understanding of the buyers - what they are looking for, and how to deal with them and their agents, and meet their needs. That helps get the deals landed, and we really appreciated and trusted in her ability to deal with the buyer’s side. Good Attitude and Deep Experience make the difference, and she’s got both. The first home she sold for us, she also sold it at around 5% over our asking price. The lady is amazing, for sure! Marija was amazing throughout the entire process. She is highly knowledgeable, and her network of lenders and inspectors was equally impressive. As a first-time buyer, she guided us through all the steps and alleviated much of our home-buying anxiety. Marija's systems are organized and efficient while still personable.
