Daphne was super responsive throughout the whole process; whether I needed her on a quick phone call or wanted to chat about things via email or text, she got back to me instantly. One of my favorite parts was how clear she was with the paperwork - she never left me guessing what came next and told me exactly what I needed to do (review for changes, sign, just be aware of, etc) with documents at every step. She quickly understood what we liked and what was most convenient for us in terms of location. Another big advantage of working with her was her pre-existing network of inspectors/contractors who were surprisingly available on very short notice. When small issues needed a more detailed look, she was on the ball and got the right person for a second opinion there ASAP. Her inspectors and feedback helped her be a great advocate for us as buyers. It was such a great experience from start to finish thanks to Daphne’s dedication that I would recommend her to anyone!

Kay was absolutely amazing. She made buying my house seem easy. It took us a while to find the right house but once we did her and her team were so great and made the whole process enjoyable.

Kay was absolutely amazing. My wife has major anxiety and its hard for her to make decisions and she procrastinates a lot. Kay made this so easy for her and me that even though it took us a while to find the right house it felt easy. Kay was great to work with and went to bat for us a few times. Her and her team are the BEST!
