I truly appreciate everything Katie did to help me locate and purchase my perfect retirement home in Pennsylvania. She is extremely professional and easy to work with and patiently and efficiently guided me through the entire process of searching for and buying a home from out of state. So many good things to say about Katie it’s hard to know where to begin. After meeting a few other agents, we searched extensively for a new one and couldn’t be happier with Katie. She will be our go-to person going forward. We had some memorable hurdles in our buying process and she navigated all of them with candor, grace, humor, organization, respect, and (most importantly) skill. Her background, experience, knowledge, and network are incredible. They enabled her to both come prepared to every meeting and respond thoughtfully when things came up. On top of all that, she’s kind - the type of person we want as a friend. For example, at our closing she drafted an unexpectedly needed agreement on the fly, then helped us with a family need for the whole long time we were signing documents. We wish we had a Katie for every facet of our lives.

Katie was an amazing Realtor! She was very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable, professional and organized. She laid everything out for us when selling our first home as far as prices and costs and how the process was going to go. She made our house sale feel like we were her only clients and she really seemed to care as if she were selling her own first home. As an added bonus she was responsive any day at just about any time we had questions. We would definitely recommend Katie as your next Realtor!
