I used Kathy Summers to sell my house and to purchase a new house. My experience was exceptional. Kathy was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Kathy is responsive & makes good suggestions. We were deliberately misled by a developer's rep, which was not her fault. I recommend Kathy & enjoyed meeting her. Keeping her biz card handy.
