I had an extremely positive experience working with Julie and Chris Christensen, who marketed and sold my home. I appreciate the hard work they put into selling my home, while also admiring the integrity, courtesy, and conscientiousness they displayed. Julie and Chris were tireless, and always considerate when scheduling showings. They kept me informed of all developments during the listing and were protective of my interests as their client. They were at all times professional and respectful, but also extremely personable. Julie and Chris did their utmost to make the sales transaction proceed as seamlessly as possible. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I interviewed Chris Christensen, along with several other brokers, almost 10 years ago. Since then the Christensen team has been pivotal in several home sales and purchases for my husband and I. They are the best at what they do. We are not easy clients. I am that buyer/seller that wants an immediate response, whether by text, phone, email, etc. Typically I received a response to any question in less than two minutes, even if they were in a meeting or with another client. Chris and Julie work as a team, and bottom line is that they always EXCEEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS in every area of expertise required. Their marketing is second to none. If you are interviewing potential brokers ask them to show you their print media, mailers, photography, and video. The majority of brokers use photos from the listing with music added for their video, not the Christensen Team. For our last home that we were selling, a professional videography team came to the house several times to get the perfect sunset and the optimal light for the video. Days were spent filming the video and editing it - it was unbelievable. Photography, a print campaign, and an excellent video are critical and essential to any home sale. With many online home buyers it can be the difference of getting the highest price for your home and selling it quickly, or not. I have worked with many realtors in other states and in Orlando, no broker can come close to what you get in the art of negotiating, and getting the deal done with the least amount of stress. If you review The Christensen's team's previous sales, they have set many records for getting the highest sale price in the neighborhood. This dynamic duo did that for us more than once. Look no further if you want the best there is to buy or sell a house. They are phenomenal and will work for you on every level.

The Christensen Group has been an impeccable partner. In every interaction we've had, Chris and Julie have been supremely professional, warm and thoughtful. They have gone above and beyond to be welcoming, circumspect, and giving with their time and resources. Chris and Julie Christensen helped us navigate the home-buying process with ease while providing an exceptional client experience. We were introduced to Chris (and Julie) shortly after we sold our home and we could not be more thrilled about that decision. Chris worked tirelessly for us while showing us a multitude of homes in the Orlando metroplex while we slowly decided on our home. He always showed patience and understanding throughout the process and was always willing to listen and accommodate our requests/concerns as we made our decision. He is an effective negotiator and his wealth of experience really showed during the negotiation process while working with the seller’s agent. My husband and I have moved around the country quite a bit over the years, so we know how stressful selling a home can be. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Chris, Julie, and Matt Christensen with Compass Realty. From the beginning, they were attentive to our needs, knew the market inside and out, and provided consistent and timely updates. Their in-house photographers were outstanding and produced some of the best photos I’ve seen in real estate marketing. They went above and beyond to help us sell our house quickly and seamlessly. We can’t recommend them highly enough. The Christian team is the best choice if you’re looking for someone who cares and will work tirelessly for you.
