Kathy was amazing. We had been on a new home hunt for almost a year with Kathy alongside us. I’m not sure what we would’ve done without her. She’s responsive and wow does she really “go to bat” for her clients. We had a really difficult experience with a credit union and Kathy was on our mortgage officer. She had amazing connections from local lenders, inspectors, to insurance brokers. We ended up going with everything and everyone she recommends. I’m a worry wart but Kathy was so calm and patient and communicative every step of the way which made the whole process so seamless and stress-free. Thank you Kathy!!!

My husband and I were buying and selling at the same time which can be very stressful but Kathy was with us every step of the way. Any time we went to a new local vendor (insurance, mortgage, inspectors, etc.) they would say “Oh, you’re working with Kathy? She’s great!” And we couldn’t agree more. Her reputation in the Santa Clarita Valley really helped us in this market. We are so happy with our home.

Kathy did an amazing job selling our home! She helped me with ideas and advice on what to do to fix up our home to get it ready to sell. Our house sold the first weekend it was on Open house, had multiple offers, and we accepted an offer way above asking price! She is phenomenal with her marketing techniques and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her!! Kathy is very attentive and was there for us 100% of the time we needed her.
