Kathy, was an absolute joy to work with! She not only represents you to the best of her ability (and beyond), but she also lets you know what is realistic or not in relation to how the market is. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a rockstar Real Estate Agent! Because Zillow was being a pain, I will also include that she helped my family buy a house during the buyer frenzy/seller’s market for a great price. In addition, she marketed and sold our old home relatively quick once we had moved out. Again, Kathy was great to work with and I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again one day.

Absolutely amazing and took SUCH GOOD CARE of my fiancé and I. We fell in love with the first home we saw and she worked tirelessly to make sure we had every opportunity to close… and we did! Kathy is a Godsend!

Kathy is the best. She is knowledgeable, professional and dependent. As a first time homebuyer what I appreciate the most is her patience. Kathy always took her time to explain the process for us and helped us navigate this crazy market. She never gave up even when I was ready to give up. Kathy Greenberg is an exceptional real estate agent. She has helped list and sell two homes for us so far and has been incredibly supportive, thorough, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and strategic throughout the entire listing/selling experience. In both sales, we received offers well above asking price and she made this happen. She is able to bring the type of strategy to listing, pricing right, and marketing your property that is unparalleled in market and industry. She approaches her sales with a grounded, down to earth, warmth that I have never seen or experienced with other agents we've known and worked with in the past. There is no one better suited to help you with selling your home with ease and at top dollar. She has also helped us purchase our last three homes and each time, she used her savvy negotiation skills to have our sales beat out multiple offers even when we were just starting out and didn't have much of a down payment. She helped us find ways to stand out as buyers and this past October (2021) especially, got us the deal of a lifetime on our dream home in a highly competitive, sellers market with little to no inventory available. I highly recommend her without any reservation. There is no one who will help you sell your home for the highest price and find the home of your dreams. She makes this often stressful process, so much easier and she's someone you can trust to keep your best interests first.
