Kat was simply amazing! I was a first time buyer with a lot of gaps in my knowledge and she was super about answering my questions, responding to my last minute “wait what about..” moments and just educating me about what the expect. She is someone who clearly gets a lot out of helping folks find their perfect place and was always the first to ask the tough questions that I didn’t think to/know you could ask!

Kathleen was terrific to work with. She was very responsive and met us the same day at the property. She "fought" for us with the agent and landlord to help us get our place. I am confident had she not met us that day and communicated with us and the landlord as she did, we would not have found our place.

Kathleen is such a great realtor and person! My fiancé and I had no knowledge of the homebuying process and Kathleen was continually patient and honest with us every step of the way. If we had to do it all over again, we would surely pick Kathleen!
