Kathleen was terrific to work with. She was very responsive and met us the same day at the property. She "fought" for us with the agent and landlord to help us get our place. I am confident had she not met us that day and communicated with us and the landlord as she did, we would not have found our place.

Kathleen is such a great realtor and person! My fiancé and I had no knowledge of the homebuying process and Kathleen was continually patient and honest with us every step of the way. If we had to do it all over again, we would surely pick Kathleen!

Kathleen did an amazing job during my first home purchase. She took extra time to make sure she was physically present despite not being in her backyard of Chicago. She paid very close attention to the details of my wants, of the house and as well as the contract. She was easy to get ahold of and work with and was very down to earth while being motived to help me in anyway possible. I would recommend her 10 times out of 10 for my next home purchase.
