As first time home buyers, the home buying process was daunting and scary at first, but Meredith and Meagan helped make the process as smooth as possible. Meredith was incredibly helpful getting us into the homes we wanted to see and jumping on making showing appointments for houses as quickly as possible as they came on the market. She was always responsiveness no matter what time of day. Meredith helped us put in a winning offer the first weekend we were viewing houses and on the first house we put an offer on. After our offer was accepted, Meredith and Meagan were there to walk us through the closing process every step off the way - helping us set up inspections, walking us through all the paperwork, and negotiating repairs with the seller. We met Kate when we just started exploring the idea of moving to the Raleigh area. Even though we met with her very early in buying process, when we didn't know what we were looking for or when we would purchase, she was so patient with us and always so generous with her time. We were relocating to Raleigh from New Jersey, so we wouldn't be able to travel for showings often. But when we did, Kate was so accommodating of our schedule and would pack in as many showings as possible on short weekend trips. There were times we traveled Raleigh last minute, and even with short notice, Kate made sure someone from her all-star team was there to meet us. In addition to Kate, we worked quite a bit with Imagene and Meagan who were also extremely helpful, knowledgable, and available round-the-clock to answer our questions. A little over a year after our first phone call, we were able to close on our dream house in Apex, NC after making our first offer! Negotiations were quick, and Kate navigated us through a competitive, multi-offer situation. We can't thank Kate and her team enough for making this possible.
