Kate, Meagan, and the Carlton Realty Co team were great to us! Selling our home on short notice to be able to relocate for jobs. We felt priority as an open house was held frequently until an offer was obtained, in under 2 weeks! Kate helped with negotiations to save us money and get us to the closing table as quick as possible. Kate also got us in touch with another KW relator out of state to help us with our relocation!
