We met Kate when we just started exploring the idea of moving to the Raleigh area. Even though we met with her very early in buying process, when we didn't know what we were looking for or when we would purchase, she was so patient with us and always so generous with her time. We were relocating to Raleigh from New Jersey, so we wouldn't be able to travel for showings often. But when we did, Kate was so accommodating of our schedule and would pack in as many showings as possible on short weekend trips. There were times we traveled Raleigh last minute, and even with short notice, Kate made sure someone from her all-star team was there to meet us. In addition to Kate, we worked quite a bit with Imagene and Meagan who were also extremely helpful, knowledgable, and available round-the-clock to answer our questions. A little over a year after our first phone call, we were able to close on our dream house in Apex, NC after making our first offer! Negotiations were quick, and Kate navigated us through a competitive, multi-offer situation. We can't thank Kate and her team enough for making this possible. We can’t say enough about how incredible Meredith Diamond and Meagan Moulden were throughout our home-buying journey. As first-time buyers, we needed extra guidance—not just in our search but also through the complexities of closing—and they went above and beyond for us every step of the way. In our search, Meredith was exceptionally responsive and truly understood what we were looking for. She kept us informed in a timely manner and provided sound, honest advice to help us make the best decision for our needs. Her deep knowledge of Raleigh and the market was invaluable, and she was an absolute joy to work with. For the closing, both Meredith and Meagan Moulden made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and efficient. I cannot recommend this real estate team enough. From “lightly looking” to close Kate is a dream to work with. She’s friendly and helpful without being pushy to create an environment where you’re extremely comfortable. She was very helpful and responsive to get to showings within same day for are very high demand market areas and turn around prompt offers. Offering local guidence for competition was incredible. Additionally - we had some SURPRISES to say the least in the tail end of our process in due diligence where Kate was able to organize additional inspections, extend due diligence, and ultimately negotiate a five figure amount to us at closing. Kate also has an incredible team at Carlton Realty that work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a helpful and smooth close/transition. (Very honest shout out to Meagan) I’d recommend Kate / team to any family member or friend.

We had a fantastic experience working with Kate. My partner and I were buying a home, but I was moving in with my family (my brother, his wife, and their kids). Kate made herself available to answer all of our questions, ensuring that everyone’s needs and requests were taken seriously. During most of escrow, we had to be away, and Kate seamlessly continued the process with my brother. I truly appreciate her dedication and attention to detail in keeping everything moving forward and getting us to the finish line.

Kate and the team at Carlton Realty Co. were incredible! They guided us through every step of buying our first home and recently sold our home in just 2 days over asking price! Their communication was excellent, and Kate’s negotiation skills—especially with repairs—were top-notch. Highly recommend!
