Big thanks to the BEST real estate agent Imagene Cooke on helping me and my fiancé find our dream home! Imagene's passion, knowledge and commitment to helping you find your dream home is unparalleled. Imagene provided legendary customer service by being extremely patient in answering all of our questions to help assist us with our transition from New Jersey to Wendell, North Carolina. Imagene was willing to visit as many homes as we wanted to over the course of three days to help narrow down our dream home, plus she coordinated the daily schedule. Imagene was able to negotiate a lower price on a brand new build and was able to get us the best deal possible. Imagene also went above and beyond to ensure our water would be turned on timely by pushing the utilities company to move up the initial start date. On top of that, Imagene made excellent coffee recommendations to help keep us going during the house hunting search. Meagan Moulden was also very helpful in overseeing the entire process, as well as providing us with a number of different vendors such as a moving company, flooring company and general contractor, all of which provided five star service to us. We cannot say enough good things about Kate Carlton. She was an absolute dream to work with and made the entire home-buying process feel easy and stress-free. Her communication was exceptional from start to finish—she kept us informed every step of the way and always made sure we understood what was happening. More than anything, we truly felt protected by Kate. She genuinely looked out for our best interests, advocated for us, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing we had someone so knowledgeable and attentive in our corner. Thanks to her organization and efficiency, we closed on our home in Pinehurst in about three weeks after making an offer. They were responsive, organized, and proactive at every step of the process which as a first-time homebuyer, made a huge difference. They stayed ahead of potential issues before they became problems, communicated clearly and quickly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
