Working with Meagan and Imagene was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They were responsive, organized, and proactive at every step of the process which as a first-time homebuyer, made a huge difference. They stayed ahead of potential issues before they became problems, communicated clearly and quickly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. The negotiation process was smooth, timelines were tight, and I always felt like they were advocating for me and protecting my interests. From contract to closing, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. If you want a team that knows what they’re doing, communicates like pros, and actually makes the process less stressful (a rare feat), I couldn’t recommend Meagan and Imagene more high

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Kate and her team over the past three months. From our first meeting to sell our house, I knew that Kate was locked in and ready to work for me. On the day that our house was listed and I read the description of our home, I almost cried because Kate had captured everything that I loved most about the house. We were under contract in UNDER ONE WEEK! Then it was crunch time to find my next home. Kate’s representation was invaluable in making sure I was making the best decisions along the way. And during the whole process, Meagan was ensuring that all the fine details were being handled to make sure that all of the paperwork was done and on schedule. We’ve used Kate and her team in the past. We were looking to sell our house and buy a new one. It wasn’t a question who our realtor team would be. We would use Carlton Realty Co again and again. From their advertising, commitment, support and kindness to their passion, go get em attitude, and drive. Meagan was so organized with emails and sending documents. We are thankful for her!
