I really can't say enough amazing things about Karie! When we first landed in Washington looking for rentals, she was the ONLY realtor who stepped up to help us. When we switched gears and decided that buying was our best option, I knew she was the only person I wanted by our side. As a fellow veteran, she truly gets what military families go through. She lined up 10+ houses for us to see all in one day, found us the perfect mortgage company, and even inspected our future home when we couldn't be there. Thanks to her guidance and genuine heart, we found a house that truly feels like home. Karie's been there every step of the way, mentoring us through our first home purchase with patience and care. Karie takes the stress right out of the home buying process! My wife and I both just felt "taken care of" when working with her, and I simply can't imagine having done it without her. Sure there are other agents out there, but why not go with the best? Karie will grind out the work for you exactly the way it needs to be done, and will get you the best price possible.

Karie Anthony is a great realtor and person. She was referred to me by a neighbor who had a great experience with Karie, and I have enjoyed her helping me sell my home thru a difficult situation while also assisting me in purchasing a condo after she sold my home. Karie is just a great person and was there for me during a difficult and stressful time in my life. She is a consummate professional and now I consider her a friend.
