Karen is the best! We went with her during the buying experience years ago, which worked so well that we asked for her help with selling our home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about local market trends and made the whole process as smooth and as organized as possible. She is kind and patient and makes sure clients are doing what they feel is best, while also being efficiently no-nonsense and direct with advice where it matters most — which was super helpful to us! I can’t imagine communication being easier or more effective; it was always clear and quick. Super grateful for all that she did on both ends of the process (buying and selling)!
