I have known Karen Pietsch for a long time and have always known her to be a dedicated, hardworking, dynamic person. When it came time to sell my house, I knew exactly who to ask for. She did a fantastic job and overcame several obstacles with creative ideas. I would hire her again and recommend her to others.

Karen was referred to us by my wife's colleague. The day I contacted Karen she immediately started working on sending us housing listings in our desired area. She is very thorough with sending us houses that only fit our specific criteria. Karen worked day and night for us, sending listing as soon as they hit the market and arranging private showings in order to get the advantage in the current market. Karen even commuted over an hour multiple times in the week to attend open houses with us during our availability. Karen advised us how to navigate this competitive market and get our bid accepted with the upmost integrity. She stayed positive when our bid was not accepted and continued to stay optimistic for us finding a house even when I had lost hope. Karen made the whole process of finding a house a breeze and I will 100% work with her again in the future.

Karen helped my wife and I sell our home in Cardiff By The Sea in July 2021. She worked hard. She listened to us. She did her homework. Because we moved before listing the home, she maintained the yard through the close of escrow. We were very happy with her effort and the result.

My husband and I were in the process of buying a house in another state and selling our house in California. Karen was very professional and sat down with us to explain the process. She did market research on the houses selling around us and walked us through several strategies for selling the house. She advertised our house through many media outlets to get the best exposure. By the time open house occurred we had over 80 people walk through the house. By the end of the week we had seven offers and more people asking for walkthroughs! During the offering process she reviewed all of them with us so we understood what each one was offering and the requested timeline to put the house in escrow. She also walked us through the document signing process even though we were out of state. The process was smooth and I would highly recommend using her to sell your house. Karen becomes very invested in the process, as if she was selling her own house, and will go above and beyond to get the most for your house.

Karen was absolutely honest, hard working, encouraging and brilliant! She made this process so much fun. We found our dream home thanks to Karen and all her hard work. After 30+ homes, we finally landed the winner! We are so thankful and blessed that we can now provide our dogs with a yard. I would choose Karen 100 times over and over again.
