Karen was absolutely amazing with helping us with the purchase of our new home. It was a first time for us and she willingly explained everything to me several times over, she was so helpful, always staying in contact with us throughout the entire process and was amazing with working with the sellers realtor also. I can’t say enough good stuff about her.

Karen did a wonderful job even with all of the roadblocks and difficulties with the seller and the banks, she was able to keep the process moving and assure me that there was light at then end of the tunnel. She was great to work with checking in on my side of the process and pushing the seller and attorneys when I was not able to get a response. She was able to obtain a purchase amount lower than the asking price keeping my finances right where I needed them to be. Thank you Karen for all of your hard work and dedication. Karen was very experienced, knowledgeable, and consistent with updates and answers to my questions in the sale of my house. I would highly recommend her as she knows the area well and does not give up when it comes to assisting her clients in helping them buy or sell a home. I would definitely choose her in my next house buying adventure.

Karen was thorough, communicative, knowledgable, responsive and shouldered the burden where the other parties did not. She did most of the heavy lifting throughout the purchase process, which was extensive and more complicated than normal. She found contractors and helped get estimates for pre- purchase repairs and negotiations. She followed up promptly with issues as they arose. Karen is friendly and easy to work with and smoothed many of the bumps along the way. I very much appreciated working with her and recommend her highly.
