Jack was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. This was my first time buying a house and he made a challenging process much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property.

We engaged Jack Thyfault to sell a home (and property) for us that we owned in Chenango County. The home belonged to a deceased family member, and we live over a thousand miles away. We have few contacts in the area, and when we began looking for a realtor who was well-regarded, we went to our banker in Norwich for a recommendation, and Jack’s name was first on the list. Bottom line: he did a fantastic job, and I would certainly use him again. Specific points: • Responsive - both by phone and email • Accessible – we never had a hard time getting in touch with him • Valuation – he knows the local market well and provided us with an estimate of value in excess of what we had estimated • Pleasant manner – he is a nice guy and is easy to work with • Honest / trustworthy – in every interaction he was above board. We had zero doubts about giving Jack access to a home full of antiques and other valuables. • Creative – when we had a number of interested parties, Jack created a process that resulted in several offers coming in at the same time (he made a deadline), with two offers above the asking price. • Use of technology – Jack brought a drone out to the property, which is near a river, and took photos from the drone to show off the beauty of the property. Jack worked nonstop and 100% for my benefit in closing the sale of our house. His knowledge and expertise in real estate in general and the Norwich area in particular is unsurpassed. He was able to sell our house quicker than I expected and at a higher than asking price .Thanks!

Jack Thyfault is a consummate professional. He is courteous, compassionate, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in his field. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and he is with you every step of the way. We had him help sell a house and we were very impressed.

I love working with Jack! Buying and selling property gets me pretty stressed out but Jack is always responsive, calming and reassuring. He knows the process inside and out and has been doing this long enough to know how to do the job right. Can't say enough good things about the experience!
