Rob was very helpful in assisting us to find a house in Georgia. His expertise in the local knowledge was instrumental for us to understand the areas to make an informed decision. He was friendly, responsive, and flexible. We did not move ahead with the purchase as we ended up in another state because of job relocation. Highly recommend!

He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and to get to know me too, in terms of lifestyle in order to match with potential listings. Rob was a truly unexpected surprise. Zillow connected us when we were interested in seeing a for sale property. It was Father’s Day morning and he responded immediately and we were seeing the house the next day. Every text and question was answered within minutes. Rob brought in all the right people at the right time. He could not have made the process easier. We closed on the house less than three weeks later.

Rob is the best there is when it comes to being a great realtor. His responsiveness is very fast, negotiates the prices if there’s room to bring it down, and also send you a list always through the website database that is always constantly updating. He helped me close on my first home and the process couldn’t have went more seamless. I will be using him whenever I decide to do anything regarding real estate.
