Michelle Virgo and the Short Real Estate team was fantastic. I'd heard good things, but they were even better than expected. Michelle was responsive almost immediately to every question I had or aspect involved in my home sale. I would recommend her and the Short team 10 out of 10 times to even my closest relatives, I would do 6 stars if I could. Our home sale had it's ups and downs but Michelle helped us navigate everything that arose with confidence and vigor. She was aggressive when it was needed, and graceful where it called for it. I highly recommend Michelle Virgo and the Short Real Estate team.

When my wife and I decided to purchase a home and we began our search for a realtor who we could entrust with such a major life decision, Michelle Virgo’s name was referred to us more than once by our friends and family who had previously worked with her buying and selling their homes. Michelle’s warm, welcoming personality made it easy to communicate with her about the wants, needs, and goals for our family. She was always very responsive to the many questions we had and left nothing unanswered. She ensured we were educated through every step of the home buying process so that we felt confident with our decisions. Her knowledge and experience combined with her patient approach made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and very successful process. She absolutely went above and beyond negotiating and securing the best possible deal for us. Michelle’s professionalism, strong market knowledge, years of experience, and genuine passion for helping others achieve their dreams is why we chose to work with her and is exactly why we will refer her to our son when he’s ready to purchase his first home.

Michelle is an amazing agent! She came to us fully prepared to answer all our questions and get our home sold. She jumped thru a few hoops for us to make sure we were totally satisfied with the outcome of our sale. We could not have had a better experience! Thank you Michelle and we are now on our way to a new adventure!

Michelle was and is absolutely amazing! She’s very professional, attentive, intelligent, and timely. When anything ever came up we were always able to call her at anytime and she’d answer. She was very helpful during the process and now that we are done. I definitely recommend her!!
