I highly recommend Judy. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and went above our expectations on making herself available to our schedule - including going to several places to take pictures to save us trips from out of town. Excellent to work with.

Judy was enthusiastic and took time with us to determine a fair asking price for our home. We were really surprised that it sold so quickly. Her pictures showcased the best aspects of our property, so we believe they helped find the right buyers for it.

Judy was the absolute best - she listened to what we wanted, out have to haves, negotiables, etc. She spent 4 days with us and followed through with us daily. When we found the house we wanted she helped us negotiate the price, made sure carpeting was shampooed and locks all re-keyed. She went through the inspection report and worked with the sellers to ensure everything was fixed at their expense. Thanks to Judy the whole process went very smoothly and we were able to close in a very short timeframe. We love the new house and would recommend Judy to anyone looking for a house in the Escambia County, Okaloosa County, Santa Rosa County and/or Walton County areas of the Florida Panhandle.

Judy was an immense help with the search and purchase of our first home. We were very particular about what we required and the price we wanted to pay. We had already looked at many homes before we met Judy, however once we started working with her the task became less of a chore and more of a fun and exciting experience. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient which helped us find the right house at the right price. My husband and I highly recommend Judy Griffin and will request her services again.
