Dane went above and beyond for us! The whole process was as seamless as it could have been because of Dane. We are so appreciative of his local knowledge and the state of the current market, especially since we are out of state now. He is honest and up front on what is the best course of action. I would highly recommend him!

Excellent knowledge, excellent availability, excellent experience. He was even excellent through a pretty bad experience with the seller. Would recommend to anyone but especially those in our situation moving across country and not knowing the area.

Dane was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and provided valuable insight during our search. This was very important for us since we were living and working several states away. He would video call us during showings so we could see listings and always gave us as much time as we wanted. When we were finally able to make it to the local area, he picked us up and blocked off his whole day to show us houses we wanted to see. Bottom line- professional, knowledgeable and pleasure so work with- highly recommend.

Dane assisted us in purchasing a condo in Fort Walton Beach. Dane was very pleasant to work with. Dane was very helpful and patient with us as we tried to find the best property for our need. We spent many hours on the phone and emailing and it was a pleasure to finally meet in person. We would definitely recommend Dane when buying or selling real estate.

Dane did an outstanding job helping us sell our home. As a lifetime resident of Ft. Walton Beach, Dane has extensive knowledge of the local market and deep insight into local market conditions. For a significant portion of this process, we were "absent" owners and Dane communicated with us frequently giving us updates and buyer feedback. He regularly checked on the house for us and even thought to ask about adjusting the thermostat when the weather got colder. Dane has a warm and friendly personality and is truly a real estate professional. We would highly recommend Dane to anyone buying or selling in the Fort Walton Beach market.
