Dane is the best agent in the area. I did hours of research and called many locals to try to find out who the right agent was for us. I originally chose Dane because he has a strong reputation with locals, many highlighting his trust and integrity. What I didn't expect was just how hard Dane would work to get us not into any house, but the right house for us. He was always honest with us about what he thought about each property and their pros and cons, it felt like we had a real partner. Hours after contacting him, he Facetimed me from a house we were interested in. He had taken the initiative to get the keys and drive well out of his way to get the ball rolling immediately. After this experience, his local reviews and the number of locals who use him make so much sense. You won't have a better experience with any other realtor in Northwest Florida.

Dane went above and beyond for us! The whole process was as seamless as it could have been because of Dane. We are so appreciative of his local knowledge and the state of the current market, especially since we are out of state now. He is honest and up front on what is the best course of action. Excellent knowledge, excellent availability, excellent experience. He was even excellent through a pretty bad experience with the seller. Would recommend to anyone but especially those in our situation moving across country and not knowing the area.
