From the very beginning when I first messaged JT, he was amazing. He came over and toured my house & explained everything. There was no such thing as too many or dumb questions. Once the house was on the market, he negotiated to get me the best deal, to have everything finalized in 3 weeks! JT has such a calming spirit . He is patient, kind & SUPER knowledgeable. He truly cares about his clients!!

JT was amazing to work with. He walked me through every single step and held my hand many times through the process. He is very responsive to phone calls, emails and texts. I can't say enough good things to say about him. He took away all my fear. It was a pleasure working with him.

Cybil did an outstanding job helping us to purchase our home. Cybil was instrumental in identifying properties that met our family needs and goals. Her knowledge of the area and attention to detail was amazing through the entire process. Her personality, professionalism, and expertise where above reproach. We could not have done this with our her guidance. She is definitely a jewel we have the pleasure of knowing and will continue to work through our renovation phase.

Cybil is truly an all-star realtor. As a first-time homebuyer, I was very intimidated by the process of buying a home. Cybil communicated multiple times each day, and was quick to find answers. She also kept open communication a centerpiece of our relationship, and ensured we were comfortable every step of the way. After we viewed our first potential home, Cybil learned what we were looking for and found homes for us that matched our desires. We ended up purchasing the 3rd home we reviewed, and we weren't even seriously looking! She also negotiates well for her clients. She helped us keep items in the home that weren't originally on offer. She also helped us craft an effective offer which ended up being what the sellers accepted. I do not give 5-star reviews lightly, but I absolutely feel Cybil has earned it across the board. I have recommended her to my friends and family and plan to use her again in the future should the need arise.

JT did an outstanding job helping us buy our home. He was responsive to our emails, texts, calls and homes we wanted to see. He was professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the market and knows his craft; which was instrumental. Also, he went above and beyond and made a call to make sure closing happened on 6/18 when the closing date/time was about to change. Lastly, he was involved in the closing process and to our surprise; he blessed us with a buyer's appreciation gift that left a lasting impression. Without a doubt, he'll stay in our phone contact as our realtor and we'll be referring him to others!!
