Joy is amazing! My family is a military family with over 20+ years of service. During that time, we’ve made multiple moves that included buying and selling of homes. Therefore, we have worked with agents across the country. The tenacity and professionalism that Joy exhibited was unmatched! She was kind, confident and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond with my families unique situation. She incorporated in-person showings with the needed/added benefits of technology. Not to mention at various times of the day, sometimes multiple! Joy was not swayed by emotional buying situations, but was compassionate and responsive. She is making the buying process enjoyable, less stressful all the while allowing humor as needed in any situation. Overall, we felt like part of her family! Thanks, Joy!

Joy help us with the buy and sell of our home. Not only is she enjoyable to work with, she is very knowledgeable and will put her clients' best interest first. She always gave me honest, credible advice/opinions when I had any questions. What really impressed me is that she truly goes above and beyond. From staging my house with her (awesome) décor/furniture, holding open houses, getting bids for potential buyers, hiring a company for renderings, and constantly marketing my home for sale--she makes sure she gets the job done. In negotiating for the home I bought, I was up against other buyers, but because of her- my offer was accepted. There's a constant communication with Joy-she never left me in the dark. I highly recommend Joy as your realtor.

Whether you are buying or selling a home, Joy is your agent. Her unwavering support of her clients (I've been one) is second to none. She is available for early morning/late night conversations when needed, and spends time researching and preparing documents way outside of normal working hours. GIVE JOY A CALL. Joy is seriously the best!! The second we said we were ready to look at homes she was ready with homes to show us. She always made sure to let us know what was going on. I would recommend Joy to all of my family and friends!!

Joy is absolutely fantastic! After a bad experience with our previous realtor, she came in and took ownership of the whole process. From her staging advice to her marketing to her people skills, she is truly a cut above the rest. She was able to sell our house for a good price in an admittedly tough-to-sell neighborhood and she also was able to negotiate on our behalf as we bought our dream home. A fantastic realtor and an even better person. Highly recommend!
